Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ahatuts, the AI writing agent service at ahatuts.com (the "Service"), provided by Ahatuts ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Ahatuts is an AI writing agent that helps you develop ideas and produce written content. The output is generated with the help of artificial intelligence; you are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any output.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in details confidential. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Ahatuts is offered as a subscription at US $20 per month, billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.
Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, which handles payment processing, taxes, and invoices.
You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you submit to and create with the Service. You grant us the limited permission needed to process your content solely to operate the Service for you.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, generate spam or deceptive content at scale, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update the Service and these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", and our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
