Payment information: payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. We do not collect or store your full payment card details; Creem handles billing, taxes, and invoices.

To provide and operate the Service, including generating and refining writing with you.

The writing you create with Ahatuts belongs to you. We process your content only to provide the Service to you and do not use your private drafts to advertise to you.

We keep account information for as long as your account is active and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
